Legal Analyst (Encino, CA)

LAW OFFICES OF LILAN HUANG CORP, a transnational business and immigration law firm, is hiring a Legal Analyst to work in Encino, CA

Responsibilities:

• Research statutes, cases, regulations, judicial interpretations, and any other information related to our client’s cases.

• Analyze legal issues and draft legal memoranda for review, approval, and use by the firm's licensed attorney.

• Perform research on case-specific documents to investigate facts and applicable laws of our cases to determine causes of action and to prepare cases.

• Prepare legal briefs, memoranda, or any other documents for our attorneys to review and use in providing legal representation to clients.

• Prepare periodic reports on the progress of cases to the attorneys.

• Draft attorney representation agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other documents to be used by the firm.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Law or Juris Doctor.

Salary Information:

• This is a full-time position.

• The salary is $61,500 per year.
